Register Our Needs via Startup Profile

Within each startup’s profile page, Canopy can automatically generate needs from hypotheses identified in the “Exploration Thread.” These hypotheses are created based on notes and documents uploaded by users. 

Step 1. Under the “Profile” tab of a startup, check whether any exploration threads and hypotheses have been generated. For each hypothesis, click “Create a Need from This Hypothesis” to register the hypothesis as a startup need. 

Step 2. Once you click “Create a Need from This Hypothesis,” Canopy will automatically populate the need type, title, and content based on the selected hypothesis.

Review the generated information and make any necessary edits. After confirming the details, click “Register” to create the startup need from the hypothesis.
