Why Did We Develop Canopy?

Canopy was developed by Technology Seed Incubation Co., Ltd. (TSI), a Japanese acceleration firm that actively manages our own startup initiatives. Throughout our past accelerations programs, we encountered numerous challenges: 

  • data was scattered across too many tools

  • tracking meeting notes took too much time

  • drafting emails and progress reports became hours of repetitive work

  • inefficient potential partner search and drafting of cold emails


As accelerators, we understood the challenges of startup management, and Canopy was the solution. We let Canopy take over operational heavy lifting, allowing us to focus on the core of the startup support.
