Add a Company to the Candidate Pool
If there are companies that are not included in Canopy’s search results, users can manually add them to the Candidate Pool. Companies can be added individually or imported in bulk using a CSV file.
To add a company individually, click “Add” under the Candidate Pool tab. You will be prompted to enter the company name, URL, industry/sector, and company description. After confirming the information, click “Add” to register the company to the Candidate Pool.
To add candidate companies using a CSV file, ensure that the file contains fewer than 500 rows and follows the required format below:
