Check Compatibility of a Candidate Company with a Startup Need

If a candidate company was identified through the “Explore External” feature after registering startup needs, its compatibility with the need has already been evaluated.

For manually added candidate companies, Canopy can analyze the company and calculate its compatibility score with the startup needs.

Step 1. Select a candidate company that does not yet have a matching score with any startup need.

Step 2. Within the “Matching” container, select the startup needs you would like to evaluate for compatibility with the candidate company.

Step 3. After selecting the startup need, click “Run Matching.” Within a few seconds, Canopy will analyze the compatibility between the candidate company and the startup need and display the matching score.
