Program Skeleton
Here is an example of a program skeleton, with program start date of August 1st and end date of September 30th. As you can see, the milestone “Program Operations” will span the entirety of the program. The monthly report will show for each month except the last month of operation. Finally, two tasks at the end of the program: preparation and submission of the final report.

The kickoff template can be used for program opening sessions. The event allows for participants to gain mutual understanding and encourages setting initial action items. The template will generate one milestone, from thirty days before to two weeks after the event. The event will include seven tasks:
Preparation of kickoff content & material (From thirty days before to a week before the event).
Invitation of participants & planning the schedule (From thirty days before to a week before the event).
Arrange venue & online setup (From three weeks to three days before the event).
Startup task: preparation for their introduction materials (two weeks before to three days before the event).
Kickoff day operation (on the event day).
Distribute the program schedule (from on the day of to three days after the event).
Set initial action items (after one day to two weeks after the event).
