Inviting Your Teammates to Your Programs
If you are an administrator, you can invite other members (your teammates) to your programs. This is especially helpful if you are working on a project as a team and need your teammates’ input, distribute tasks, and record meeting notes to share with others.
Step 1. Open settings and click on the “Users” tab. Click the green “Invite User” box on the right.
Step 2. Once you click “Invite User,” you will be asked to type the email of the person you want to invite, their role, the language they want the invite email to be received in, and the programs that you want to assign.
There are three types of roles that you can assign:
Admin (access to all programs) - Grant access to all the programs you have created.
Coordinator - Only grant access to the program(s) that you invite.
Viewer - Can only view the program that you invite.
Step 3. Once you invite a user, your invite will appear under “Pending Invitations.” You can revoke your invitation at any time.
