Link Startups to a Program KPI

Link Startups to a Program KPI

Startup management teams may want to link individual startups to program KPIs when the achievement of a KPI depends on startup-level activities or progress.

For example, suppose a program has two startups, and the goal is to conduct two mentoring sessions for each startup, resulting in a total target of four mentoring sessions. In this case, you can create a KPI called “Mentoring Sessions” with a target value of 4. By linking each startup to this KPI, the progress of each startup’s KPI will automatically contribute to and update the overall program-level KPI.

To link startups to a KPI, click “Link SU.” This allows startups in your portfolio to be connected to the KPI. Any updates made to the linked startup KPIs will automatically be reflected in the corresponding program-level KPI.
