Accepting an Invitation as a New User

Once an administrator invites a new user, the new user will receive an invitation email from hello@canopyhq.ai. If you do not have a Canopy account, you will be creating your account through the invitation link. If you already have an account, steps are logged on another article.

Step 1. On the invitation email, click on “Accept Invitation” to accept your invitation. If the button does not work, click on the URL below. You will have a week to accept your invitation before the link expires.

Step 2. Once you click on “Accept Invitation,” you will be directed to Canopy. Enter your display name and password for your login to Canopy. Once you confirm your display name and password, click on “Accept Invitation.”

Step 3. Once you click on “Accept Invitation,” you have successfully created an account. You will see a demo page of Canopy. Click on “Explore Demo” to access the program the administrator has invited.
