Accepting an Invitation as a Current User

A current user will receive an invitation email from hello@canopyhq.ai. If you are already involved in another program that was invited by the same person you are being invited to, the program will automatically show on the left column on Canopy.

Step 1. On the invitation email, click on “Accept Invitation” to accept your invitation. If the button does not work, click on the URL below. You will have a week to accept your invitation before the link expires.

Step 2. Once you click “Accept Invitation,” you will be guided to the Canopy Join workspace page. Enter your password to your existing account and click “Join.”
