Add a Milestone to WBS

Step 1. Open the Progress page of your program and navigate to the “WBS” tab. In the top-left corner of the screen, click “Add Milestone.”


Step 2. Once you click “Add Milestone,” you will be prompted to enter the milestone name. After entering the name, click “Add” to create the milestone. 



Step 3. Once you add a new milestone, it will appear at the bottom of the WBS list. Since the milestone duration has not been defined, you will need to set the milestone’s start date and end date. For instructions on completing the milestone setup, please refer to the article “Edit a Milestone” and “Add a Task Under a Milestone.”
