The Analytics

The Analytics

The Analytics page captures all progress within a program, including program KPIs, individual startup KPIs, actions, matching progress, and notable movements.

Users can customize the analytics time frame by selecting from weekly, monthly, quarterly, or cumulative views. In addition, users can export the program progress overview as a CSV or PDF file with a single click, eliminating the need to manually create reports.

This feature is especially useful for users who regularly prepare reports, as Canopy allows them to generate weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports by selecting the desired reporting period.

The Analytics page also includes a Matching Learning Overview page, which tracks instances where Sprout uses user-provided information to improve and refine its matching performance.

Sprout primarily uses this information when a startup-company linkage is removed or declined. For more information on declining startup-company linkages in the Candidate Pool, please refer to the related article in section 3.2.
