The Analytics - Matching Learning
The Matching Learning feature is closely connected to the Matching Progress page under AI Radar (insert link to the related article in section 3.2).
The “Matching Learning” page under Analytics displays declined matching progress between startups and companies. As explained in the article about Matching Progress (insert link here), not all decline reasons are used to train and improve Sprout’s matching suggestions.
The top container provides an overview of declined matching progress, including the total number of declined matches and the number of cases used to train Sprout versus those kept only for reference.
The “Decline Category Frequency” container displays the number of declines recorded for each category:
The first four decline reasons are used to train Sprout and will be displayed as green bars within this container.
The “Declines by Stage” container displays the stage at which a matching engagement was terminated. The five stages shown are Intro, Meeting, NDA, PoC, and Deal.
The “Decline by Sector” container displays the sectors of companies involved in declined matching engagements with startups.
If the sector information of a company is unavailable, it will be displayed as “Unknown.”
The “Monthly Decline Trend” container displays the number of declined matching engagements that occurred over the past six months.
